SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders will be packed and sent within 1 - 3 business days of the order being placed, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your parcel leaves us. Please note, if you did not enter an email at checkout you will not get a notification.  

All orders are sent with a signature required, please make a note on the order if you do not want a signature to be required for delivery.

NEW ZEALAND

Orders under $100: $6.20 Standard Tracked (please allow 2-3 working days)*

Orders over $100: Free express delivery (please allow 1-2 working days)*

NZ Couriers: Overnight - 3 Working Days 

AUSTRALIA

Orders under $250: $24 Flat rate (please allow 3-8 working days)

Orders over $250: Free (please allow 3-8 working days)

 

THEFT / STOLEN POLICY

If a customer's parcel is lost or stolen once the courier company has successfully delivered it, Latest Oasis does not cover the cost of the stolen / lost items. 

*Please note if you live rurally you will need to allow 2 - 3 business days on top of our standard delivery times.
